| REGISTRATION OPENS: February 1, 2026 at noon with a deadline of February 3, 2026 or when we fill to capacity. Payment is due at the time of registration (no exceptions, please).
You will receive several emails reminding you to register at noon on February 1st, 2026.

HOUSING: Includes linens and towels. Some rooms have private baths while many have shared facilities. Room rates:

| MEALS: This retreat will include eight (8) Meals: Friday Dinner, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and Sunday Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and Monday Breakfast. Dietary restrictions will be accommodated. |

| RECREATION: Includes Disc Golf, Biking (your bike), Hiking, etc. |
| PLEASE READ: If your entire group is not registered and paid, participants & lodging requests may be moved based on bed availability, group sizes are matched to unit occupancy. Every effort is made to accommodate as many group preferences as possible. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY: NO REFUNDS
Registrations are non-refundable. Forfeitures will be placed in the scholarship fund. |
